最大分样比取决于可在底锥上设置的最大槽宽。这与现有的三个底部锥体不同。 最小分样比取决于样品的最大粒径，因为狭缝宽度应至少比最大粒径宽3倍。这意味着从更小的颗粒中取到更小部分。 要设置的槽宽度“X”可以通过所需分数“QT”与初始样品量“QA”的比值乘以底部锥体的固定节距周长“U”（对于所有底部锥体，U=795 mm）来计算。 X = (QT/QA) x U 例子： 从初始样品量中提取200ml的代表性样品 5000毫升（分样比1:25）。X=（200毫升/5000毫升）X 795毫米=32毫米。这意味着槽宽度必须设置为32 mm。 请注意：样品数量应足够大，以代表初始数量。
