MM500螺旋研磨罐的压力可达5bar,适合干磨、湿磨以及低温研磨。由于采用了一体化的安全密封装置,例如在研磨罐内的空气通过通气盖与惰性气体交换后,研磨罐能够安全密封惰性气体。研磨罐特殊的几何形状使得研磨罐填充样品材料非常容易。
始终选择适合样品体积的研磨罐体积(大约30%的研磨罐装满样品材料)。研磨罐的尺寸从1.5毫升到25毫升不等(并非所有材料都有)。
“研磨罐球料比”文件详细说明了研磨罐的可用体积、最大进料尺寸、干磨和湿磨以及细胞破碎用研磨球的量和尺寸。
为了确保有效的研磨,研磨罐有4种不同的材料可用于无污染的研磨过程(无意外磨损)。
能量输入随着材料密度的增加而增加。对于粉碎软性样品,应使用低至中等密度的材料,而对于硬性样品,最好使用高密度材料。
可用材质:
- 硬质钢 (密度 7.8 g/cm2; 硬度 ≤ 235 HB, 中等耐磨)
特别适合粉碎中等硬度、硬脆性样品。 - 不锈钢 (密度 7.7 g/cm2; 硬度 ≤ 245 HB, 中等耐磨)

氧化锆陶瓷特别适合粉碎中等硬度、硬脆性样品。通常用于将样品研磨至超细粒度、无重金属污染的研磨工艺和应用。
